About Dave’s Drinks

Dave’s Drinks is a cocktail-related blog experiment written by Dave Currie.

Although I initially envisioned a simple drink recipe and ingredients catalog for my own personal use, it seems to have evolved into a more traditional blog. However, I’m still sticking to the few simple ideas I had when I started. These are:

• One post per recipe.
• One page per ingredient.
• For each ingredient used in a recipe, a link to its ingredient page.
• All recipes are clearly rated with a simple 4-star system.
• Some ingredient pages have ratings of different brands, also using a 4-star system.

Apart from cocktail recipes, there is also some topical writing.

One day I hope to do something interesting with the recipe and ingredient data, which is why I keep this format strictly. Until then, I hope you find what is available useful and entertaining.
